Statement concerning Processing of Personal Data

This present statement regards the laws and regulations on personal data which are applicable to the web site of Sarba Spa. (Processing of personal data according to Art. 13 of the Code of Privacy - pubblished on the Law Series of the Italian Parlament "Gazzetta Ufficiale" 29th of July 2003, general series N. 174, ordinary supplement N. 123/L).

Sarba spa's Policy
Sarba spa's policy is to actively protect the personal data of their customers and the visitors of the web site www.sarba.it. We encourage all our customers to read carefully the present statement on processing personal data.

The goals of the processing of personal data are as follows:

The Rights of the visitor and/or customer
The Customer may access his or her data at any time and exercise the rights mentioned in article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Sarba Spa informs its visitors and customers that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, all users are entitled:
a) to be informed of the existence of any data processing which may relate to them;
b) to be informed of the details of the controller and the processor;
c) to obtain from the controller: confirmation as to the existence of personal data, the communication thereof and of their origin, as well as the logic and purposes upon which the processing is based;
d) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in breach of law;
e) the updating, rectification and integration of the data;
f) attestation that the operations referred to in the previous point have been disclosed to those persons to whom the data have been communicated and/or distributed;
g) to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their personal data;
h) to modify their consent, even later withdrawing the same, in whole or in part, with regard to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of commercial information or for the carrying out of market research or commercial communications and the like. Furthermore, the user could be afforded direct web access to his or her personal data as held by Sarba spa, using his or her UserId and Password through the toolbar. The user may in such manner integrate, change or cancel his or her personal data at any time and without intermediation, independently and under his or her own responsibility.

Applied Tecnologies
Sarba uses technologies that may track the IP addresses. Sarba Spa may also use cookies in order to analyse the visitors that use the website.

1. IP Addresses
All the IP addresses of visitors coming to our web site are registered and they are used for diagnosing technical problems, for preventing intrusions and abuse of our service.

2. Cookies
Sarba spa uses "cookies" in order to ameliorate the web services by associating a cookie to each visitor of the web site. The cookies are used also for estimating the volume of visitors of the site. The visitors may, by changing the browser settings, deny the use of cookies but in some that could result in malfunctioning of the web services.
